Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the

product and billing.

What exactly is an ERO and how does it fit into this mentorship?

An ERO (Electronic Return Originator) is the professional authorized by the IRS to electronically file tax returns. Inside this mentorship, you’ll learn how to operate like a top-performing ERO — managing returns, growing your client base, and maximizing your income with step-by-step guidance.

Do I need to already have a PTIN to join the program?

Yes — a valid PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) is required to participate. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll show you exactly how to get it before the tax season starts.

What support will I receive as an ERO?

You’ll receive hands-on mentorship, system setup help, and access to our private ERO group inside Go High Level — where you’ll get resources, training, and ongoing community support. You’ll also have guidance on how to complete your contracts, onboarding forms, and Gusto payment setup.

How do I get paid as an ERO in this program?

Once you’re onboarded and your contract is signed, you’ll receive a Gusto link to securely complete your payment setup. This ensures you get paid automatically for every return or client transaction you process through our system.

What income potential can I expect as an ERO?

Our goal is for every ERO to earn at least $20,000 this tax season — and we give you the systems, training, and marketing tools to make it possible. Of course, your results depend on your effort, consistency, and commitment, but we’ll be with you every step of the way.
